Newton HydroTank 301-EP is a Metal Construction Joint Waterbar. Coated metal waterbar system used for sealing kickerless construction joints within retained concrete structures. It features an adhesive, reactive polymer coating on one of its sides which creates a permanent watertight seal that works immediately.

Newton HydroTank 301-EP is a Metal Construction Joint Waterbar. Coated metal waterbar system used for sealing kickerless construction joints within retained concrete structures. It features an adhesive, reactive polymer coating on one of its sides which creates a permanent watertight seal that works immediately. 

Installation is quick and easy with the waterbar fitted in place to the reinforcement steel with special clips so that after the placement of the concrete, the waterbar is fully embedded within the two adjoining elements, completely blocking the passage of water through the joint. 

Because HydroTank 301-EP Metal Waterbar is not fixed to one of the concrete elements as is the case with conventional waterbars, the forming of a kicker is not necessary. Where the walls are formed above a kicker joint, use 315 Polymer Waterbar. 

Newton HydroTank 301-EP Metal Waterbar is certified to resist water pressure of up to 5 bar (50m), and is resistant to all types of naturally occurring ground water types.

1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details)

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

  1. Total order weight is between 0kg and 10kg = £7.99 standard delivery fee
  2. Total order weight is between 10kg and 20kg = £12.99 standard delivery fee
  3. Total order weight is between 20kg and 75kg = £20 standard delivery fee
  4. Total order weight is 75kg and above = £60 large order delivery fee
  5. Total order value exceeds £500 (regardless of weight) = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

  1. Orders containing insulation will be charged at £60 per pallet (10 units per pallet). Please get in touch with us directly for pricing and ordering.
  2. Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of £60 will be applied.
  3. Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

*Please note that, for orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above:

  1. Once the total order weight exceeds 75kg then the £60 large order fee will automatically be applied
  2. Once the total order value exceeds £500 then the free delivery policy will automatically be applied

4. Geographical Areas

The above delivery fees apply to all postcodes in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, and any international orders please get in touch with the BaseTec team directly by email or phone for a custom delivery price. Standard delivery timescales do not apply to these areas and will be advised on request.

Additional charges, including customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders.
