Helifix CemTie Pinning Nozzle

The Helifix CemTie Pinning Nozzle is an applicator for 10mm CemTies and HeliBond Grout. The nozzle is used to simultaneously insert the CemTie remedial tie and HeliBond grout into the clearance hole.

To use the Cemtie Pinning Nozzle, it must be attached to the pointing gun by inserting it through the cone nozzle. The flared end of the Pinning Nozzle is secured into position at the bottom of the cone. The locking screws then ensure that the device is secured to both the pinning nozzle tube and the cone. The cone nozzle must be drilled out to accept the 15mm pinning nozzle.
