Newtonite Lath Mesh are high density polyethylene damp proofing membranes with a rot-proof polythene mesh on one side. The meshed surface creates a mechanical key to allow the membrane to be plastered, rendered or to receive dot & dab plasterboard.

What is a Non-Meshed Damp Proofing Membrane?

Newtonite Non-Meshed is a high-quality damp proof membrane used as an alternative where a meshed surface is not required. Quick to apply, rot-proof and easy to use, Newtonite is used where the wall finish to the membrane is timber battens, a dry-lining frame, or a block wall.
