Diasen, an innovative company based in Sassoferrato, Italy, began in 2000 with the aim of becoming a leader in green solutions for construction. Diasen develops new products by pushing the experimentation of solutions and the study of materials in the direction of environmental sustainability.

Several of Diasen’s products hold Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and since January 2018 Diasen is a certified BCorp company, verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

The Diasen product range from BaseTec offers access to:

• Waterproofing products characterised by long life, high efficiency, high performance and multi-purpose applications
• Water repellent products to waterproof permanently any type of vertical surface
• Anti-mould and anti-condensation paint for cold and badly insulated surfaces

Diasen waterproofing products also have a high technological value and offer great resistance: resistance to UV rays, to water stagnation, to atmospheric agents, to freezing and thawing cycles, to cracking, to high and low temperatures, alongside with high tensile strength.
