Tekinject PU 2C FLEX is a 2-component, low viscous, polyurethane based injection system.

The resin reacts into a flexible rubber, designed for crack and joint sealing and as secondary sealing after using 1-component open cell foams.

TEKINJECT PU 2C FLEX is an injection system used for sealing cracks in concrete.

Due to its low viscosity, it can be used to seal fine cracks. The long reaction time ensures sealing in a variety of applications, including:

  • Sealing of cracks (from 0.2 mm up to several cm, depending on the strength of the counter pressure)
  • Injection of injectable hoses
  • Sealing of dry structures
  • Secondary sealing after using 1-component open cell foams.

Properties:

  • Does not need water to react. Without water the material becomes a flexible rubber. In combination with water, the material will slightly foam at the initial contact point.
  • Good chemical resistance against many acids, bases, solvents, and fuels (check chemical resistance list)
  • NO expansion
  • Non-toxic: does not contain solvents
  • Non-flammable
  • Excellent adhesion to mineral building materials such as concrete, cement and brick
  • Quicker reaction times can be obtained by adding the TEKINJECT PU 2C ACCELERATOR

1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details)

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

  1. Total order weight is between 0kg and 10kg = £7.99 standard delivery fee
  2. Total order weight is between 10kg and 20kg = £12.99 standard delivery fee
  3. Total order weight is between 20kg and 75kg = £20 standard delivery fee
  4. Total order weight is 75kg and above = £60 large order delivery fee
  5. Total order value exceeds £500 (regardless of weight) = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

  1. Orders containing insulation will be charged at £65 per pallet (10 units per pallet). Please get in touch with us directly for pricing and ordering.
  2. Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of £60 will be applied.
  3. Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

*Please note that, for orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above:

  1. Once the total order weight exceeds 75kg then the £60 large order fee will automatically be applied

4. Geographical Areas

The above delivery fees apply to all postcodes in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, and any international orders please get in touch with the BaseTec team directly by email or phone for a custom delivery price. Standard delivery timescales do not apply to these areas and will be advised on request.

Additional charges, including customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders.
