Tekinjet PU 1C STOP is a 1-component (+CAT), low viscosity, solvent-free polyurethane-based injection system.

The resin reacts in a semi-rigid, closed cell foam in combination with water, designed for crack sealing and stopping water under pressure.

TEKINJECT PU 1C STOP is an extremely versatile injection system that can be used for the injection of very fine cracks, and as well for extremely large water intrusions. Variable reaction time ensures sealing and penetrations in a variety of applications, including:

Due to its low viscosity, it can be used to seal very fine cracks (from 0.2 mm to several cm)
Sealing of water under extremely high flows and high pressure (> 104 bar)
Injection of injectable hoses
Soil injections and creation of horizontal and vertical barriers

Properties:

Needs water to react and reacts into a semi-rigid, hydrophobic grout that reacts in a closed cell structure
Good chemical resistance against many acids, bases, solvents, and fuels (check chemical resistance list)
No shrinkage after curing
Free expansion: up to 30 times
Non-toxic: does not contain solvents
Non-flammable
Excellent adhesion to mineral building materials such as concrete, cement and brick
Variable reaction time by adjusting the TEKINJECT PU 1C CAT. Even quicker reaction times can be obtained by adding the TEKINJECT PU 1C ACCELERATOR

1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details)

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

Total order weight is between 0kg and 10kg = £7.99 standard delivery fee
Total order weight is between 10kg and 20kg = £12.99 standard delivery fee
Total order weight is between 20kg and 75kg = £20 standard delivery fee
Total order weight is 75kg and above = £60 large order delivery fee
Total order value exceeds £500 (regardless of weight) = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

Orders containing insulation will be charged at £65 per pallet (10 units per pallet). Please get in touch with us directly for pricing and ordering.
Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of £60 will be applied.
Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

4. Geographical Areas

The above delivery fees apply to all postcodes in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, and any international orders please get in touch with the BaseTec team directly by email or phone for a custom delivery price. Standard delivery timescales do not apply to these areas and will be advised on request.

Additional charges, including customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders.
