NATCEM AC is an environmentally friendly, fast setting mortar with a fine graded aggregate, suitable for installation up to any thickness from a minimum of 3mm. The product is suitable for a wide range of applications and can be applied by Trowel, Brush, Roller or Pumped.

Fast-Setting Mortar with Minimum 3mm Thickness. NATCEM AC is an environmentally friendly, fast setting mortar with a fine graded aggregate, suitable for installation up to any thickness from a minimum of 3mm.

The product is suitable for a wide range of applications and can be applied by Trowel, Brush, Roller or Pumped.

NATCEM AC contains no chemical additives and only requires the addition of water. The product does not require steel primers, bonding agents or curing agents. It can be used in cold, wet or underwater conditions and can be installed at any depth from a minimum of 3mm. It is also DWI Reg.31 approved for contact with potable water with only a 30-minute curing period required after set.

Technical Data
Setting times Designed to commence setting at 35 minutes and finish setting at 40 minutes at 20˚c. In winter NATCEM AC can be used down to 0˚c. The set will be slower but can be accelerated by using warm water. In very hot temperatures the set will be faster and can be slowed by using cold water
Storage Store in dry conditions
Shelf life At least 12 months
Yield Generally 1 x 25kg bag of NATCEM AC mixed with 5 litres of water will produce approximately 10 litres of finish mortar
Cleaning NATCEM AC should be removed from tools and equipment and cleaned with water immediately after use.
Precautions We strongly recommend the use of GLOVES, GOGGLES and MASK

1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details)

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

  1. Total order weight is between 0kg and 10kg = Β£7.99 standard delivery fee
  2. Total order weight is between 10kg and 20kg = Β£12.99 standard delivery fee
  3. Total order weight is between 20kg and 75kg = Β£20 standard delivery fee
  4. Total order weight is 75kg and above = Β£60 large order delivery fee
  5. Total order value exceeds Β£500 (regardless of weight) = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

  1. Orders containing insulation will be charged at Β£60 per pallet (10 units per pallet). Please get in touch with us directly for pricing and ordering.
  2. Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of Β£60 will be applied.
  3. Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

*Please note that, for orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above:

  1. Once the total order weight exceeds 75kg then the Β£60 large order fee will automatically be applied
  2. Once the total order value exceeds Β£500 then the free delivery policy will automatically be applied

4. Geographical Areas

The above delivery fees apply to all postcodes in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, and any international orders please get in touch with the BaseTec team directly by email or phone for a custom delivery price. Standard delivery timescales do not apply to these areas and will be advised on request.

Additional charges, including customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders.
