1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will endeavour to keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied.

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

• If the total order weight is below 75kg = £20 standard delivery fee
• If the total order weight is 75kg and above = £60 large order delivery fee
• If the total order value exceeds (regardless of weight) £500 = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

• Orders containing insulation will be charged at £60 per pallet (10 units per pallet).
• Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of £60 will be applied.

Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

*Please note that, for orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above:

1. Once the total order weight exceeds 75kg then the £60 large order fee will automatically be applied
2. Once the total order value exceeds £500 then the free delivery policy will automatically be applied
